BACK TO THAT GOOD FEELING...

WEEK 15

This week definitely began on brighter note. My headache, the one I nursed for a whole week, who some have called my first official “migraine” has pretty much faded. Thursday was the first day I went to work with the full energy to do what I love! I feel myself again. This was a great start and was generally the end of a pretty good week.

Work, busy and a bit stressful, is getting a little under control.

Pregnancy, as nervous and cautious as I am about, is easing up. My little bump is my favorite part to lather on belly butter on. It feels so strange, a little one is in there! My boobies have definitely gotten LESS tender and feel pretty good, aside from their ridiculous size! The nausea may now be a thing of the past. I am beginning to enjoy and ease up on the reality that I am pregnant.

Ryan, the love of my life, I can’t go into detail about that because it is just too cheesy for words but I am truly lucky. In other works, no words to describe the sense of peace we have.

Oh, I went to a friends Baby Shower this Saturday. As much as I really dislike social functions, especially at a larger scale, nothing beats seeing my very good friend glowing with one of the cutest 27-week bump I have ever seen. She looked gorgeous!

And, well speaking of compliments, a good friend and co-worker nicely blurted out, “You look good!” My puzzled “what do you mean” face had her add, “For being about 4 months pregnant, you look good and healthy.” She had a tough pregnancy, in the sense of symptoms for her were really amplified throughout the pregnancy. That is why I try not to complain about minor things like tiredness, feeling winded, and a hint of nausea here and there. That really perked me up…Thanx
